3 Day Residential Personal Development Course

Introduction

Rock UK Frontier Centre is in a unique position to offer residential, tailored personal development courses. The 3 day residential has been designed for young people who are ready for the experience of being away from their natural environment or “comfort zone”. The programme provides opportunities for personal and social development through a series of challenging outdoor activities with opportunity to review the learning through the programme.

Aims:

To develop participants self confidence through challenging outdoor and team activities
To demonstrate how much can be achieved by working together effectively
To enable participants to learn to take responsibility for themselves and their environment
To develop independent living skills
