5-10 Day Non-Residential Personal Development Course

Introduction:

Rock UK Frontier Centre can offer from 5 day to 10 day personal development courses designed for secondary school aged young people. These courses contribute to the delivery of part of the school curriculum, in conjunction with Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC). Rock UK Frontier Centre has gained the experience and expertise to run such programmes over many years.

The programme has been designed for young people who are not ready for a standard centre based residential experience or will benefit from a longer-term approach to their personal and social development. Children with behavioral issues or low social interaction skills respond exceptionally positively from a sustained programme. Young people exiting from these programmes will often progress successfully to participating in a residential experience. The activities can be tailored for and are aimed at year 7 to 13.
